Requesting an Exchange

To initiate the exchange process, kindly reach out to our team via the 'Contact Us' page. We will guide you through the necessary steps to facilitate a smooth exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange

An item is eligible for exchange if you wish to change the size, color, or quality of the product. For an item to be eligible for an exchange, it must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, and with all original packaging. Returns and exchanges will be processed at the order level, not on an individual product basis. We don't accommodate requests for returns or exchanges for individual products.

Exchange Process

To initiate the return process, please submit an exchange request through our Contact Us page within 3 days of receiving your product. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once the parcel is received by us, your exchange will be processed.

Approved Exchanges

Once we receive your parcel, we will promptly send you the product variant of your choice, and provide you with all relevant tracking details, ensuring a hassle-free transition to your preferred item.

Store Credits for Denied Exchanges

In the rare event that your exchange request does not align with our guidelines, we will offer you store credits amounting to 75% of the original order value. This way, you can explore other selections from our range and find something that suits your preferences.
