At Amorella, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are dedicated to providing a seamless shopping experience. While we understand that refund requests may occasionally arise, please note that we do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances. All refunds are provided as store credit, which expires 12 months from the date of issuance.

3-Day Return Window

You have 3 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Your trust in our products is important to us, and we are here to assist you in the event of a return.

Return Eligibility Criteria

You may be eligible for a refund in specific cases, such as receiving a damaged or defective product, receiving the wrong product, or if a product is missing from your order.

In case of refunds, an original unboxing video is mandatory. Kindly ensure that the video is clear and the parcel is visible from different angles and the damaged/defective/missing part of the order is clearly highlighted.

You must send us a video showing the original labels and tags on the box. If the video is not provided as specified, we will not be able to entertain your request.

Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the package may result in your claim being denied. In such cases, the brand reserves the right to make the final decision.

Initiating a Return

To initiate the return process, kindly reach out to our team via the 'Contact Us' page. There are no return fees, but you will be responsible for sending the product back to us at the address provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept refunds for color or size issues. If you would like a different variant, please initiate an exchange request. Additionally, we do not accept returns for flash and seasonal sales.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If your refund is approved, your account will be credited with store credits within 48 hours.
