Order & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically it takes 3-7 business days to receive your order. We’re doing our best to deliver it promptly for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to any country outside India.

I never got my order, what to do?

Please make sure you tracked your order from our Tracking page. If you did everything right but are still unable to locate your package, then please reach out to us via the Contact page.

Can I change the billing/shipping address for my order?

We're sorry, but once an order has been placed, we cannot make changes to the billing or shipping address.

When will my Order ship?

Typically, our products are dispatched within 2-3 business days (please note that business days exclude weekends and holidays). However, during exceptionally busy periods like special promotions, new product launches, festivals, national holidays, etc. order processing may require a bit more time, so your patience is greatly appreciated. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation through email, with a tracking number to keep you informed.

Exchange & Return

What is your return policy?

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request an exchange or a return. You can refer to our policies here

Can I exchange an item?

You can exchange an item with a higher-price item or the same item with a different size. See our detailed policy here.

Promos and Sales

What kinds of promotions or sales do you offer?

Free stuff is universally adored, and we take pleasure in periodically providing promotions and complimentary items! Due to their free nature, these items are only available in extremely limited quantities and are not eligible for replacement or any form of credit.

Do you offer a Rewards/Loyalty program?

Thank you so much for your interest! While we don't have a rewards or loyalty program just yet, we're excited to let you know that one is in the works. We'd love to have you on board once it's ready!

Can I get a Refund if the Price has changed?

Regrettably, we cannot extend promotions to orders placed outside the specified promotional period, as this would be unjust to our other valued customers. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and genuinely appreciate your understanding.

Do you Offer samples of your products?

Since our products are budget-friendly, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide samples at this time. We appreciate your interest!

Payment

What online payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, net banking, Paytm, UPI and many other popular wallets such as Mobiquick, Freecharge, Jio Money, Ola Money etc.

Do you offer cash on delivery (COD) option?

Unfortunately, we do not offer COD at the moment.

Is it safe to pay online?

Yes, it is safe. We process online payments through Cashfree, a secure payment gateway. Once you proceed to checkout, you will be redirected to our secure payment gateway to enter your payment details.

There was a payment failure while placing my order, what should I do?

If the amount has been deducted from your back account then we would request you to wait for 48 hours as it’s usually credited back to your account. If you do not receive the amount, get in touch with your order number and details and we'll help you out at the earliest.

It looks like you Charged me Twice for my order.

If your initial attempt to place an order resulted in a declined transaction, you might notice a pending transaction on your account. No need to worry! We do not capture funds for declined transactions, and this charge will automatically be removed from your statement within a few business days.
In case you do not receive the funds within 3-4 days, then please get in touch with your order number and details and we will help you out at the earliest.

Delivery

The tracking status says that my package has been delivered, but I have not received it.

Sometimes, the tracking information may inaccurately show packages as delivered before they are actually received – a common occurrence! Your package should typically arrive within the next few days. In the meantime, it's a good idea to inquire with your neighbors or contact your local post office for any additional information. If your order doesn't reach you within the next couple of days, we kindly request that you reach out to us within 14 days of the last tracking update with your order number and tracking information. We'll be delighted to assist you further!

Do you Combine orders?

Our system may automatically combine orders if they are placed on the same day and shipping to the same address. However, please be aware that our team is unable to manually combine orders, and any shipping fees associated with orders automatically combined by our system are non-refundable.

Why is my Order unfulfilled?

No need to be concerned; when your order is marked as "unfulfilled," it simply means that your order is in the processing stage and hasn't been shipped yet. As soon as your order ships, it will be updated to "Fulfilled/Shipped," and you will receive an email notification with tracking information at that time.

Can my Parcel be redirected to a different address?

Once your order is shipped, it's not possible for us to modify the shipping address. Should your package be returned to us due to an incorrect address, it will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued. Rest assured, we will promptly inform you if such a situation arises.
